RYT stands for "Registered Yoga teacher", 200 ryt means- "A registered yoga teacher who has completed 200 hours of Teacher Training Course". We at Arogya offers, RYT courses authorized by the Yoga Alliance and The government of India. Which makes you a register yoga teacher, once you completed your certification, all you need to is register yourself using our certificate on the yoga alliance website and become a member, thus a registered yoga teacher.

RYT stands for "Registred Yoga teacher". E-RYT stands for "Experienced - Registred Yoga teacher", which means, once you register yourself on yoga alliance wesbite using our certifcate, after 2 years of your first registration you beacome an "experienced" yoga teacher" and then you can be registered as an 200 E-RYT and after 4 to 5 years of your first registration you can be registered as a 500 E-RYT (For 500 E-RYT, you need to complete 500hrs ttc i.e. 200hrs ttc+300hrs ttc.

Here at Arogya Yoga School our 200 hours lasts for 25 to 27 days, these days includes 6 days/week classes. Everyday classes starts and 6:00am in the morning with an amazing sunrise and ends at 7:00pm in the evening with an amazing sunset, these hours of the day covers all the Asanas and theory classes along with 3 times meal and self study and rest time.

The course deposit as well as the course fees are non-refundable. In case you booked a course but are unable to arrive during that batch, your deposit cannot be returned according Yoga Alliance's Refund Policy. However, you can move your dates to another batch and attend it without having to pay a deposit once again. In case of an emergency where you have to cancel the course after joining it, you can, but the fees you have submitted will not be refunded. The deposit amount will be valid for a period of one year after it has been paid, so you can enroll for any of our courses later on, if you are unable to complete or start a course on the dates you chose.
